The project that fell into our hearts – a modern and expensive co-working space for IT workers.

About
The reception area is located on the first floor. The stand, of course, is individually made. The stone table surface is an imitation made of plaster. Behind is tempered tinted glass, where TVs are hidden in niches. There are also wood (walnut) panels behind.
And the first thing you see on the 11th floor is a dining area with round tables on a massive central leg, which adds a homely feel. This functional table is from Pedralispa, and the tinted translucent chairs are from Calligaris.
На першому поверсі розміщена зона рецепції. Стійка, звісно, ж індивідуального виготовлення. Поверхня під камінь – імітація з гіпсу. Позаду гартоване тоноване скло, де в нішах заховані телевізори. Також позаду знаходяться панелі під дерево (горіх).
І перше, що ви бачите, на 11-ому поверсі – це обідня зона із круглими столами на масивній центральній ніжці, що додає домашнього затишку. Цей функціонально зручний стіл від “Pedralispa”, а тоновані напівпрозорі стільці – “Calligaris”.
Now a little more about the 12th floor. The space itself is divided into different areas, the largest of them is an open area where you can see a bar with drinks, mini relaxation areas with various sofas and comfortable chairs, a large work table that can be used as a place for negotiations.
There are also several skype rooms where no one will prevent you from having your online conversations. There is also a closed office, where there are 5 separate workplaces.
Location
The multifunctional coworking center is located in the city of Lviv in the “Vyhovsky” residential complex.
Design
It was a large-scale project, which occupies a total area of 827.81 m², of which the 1st floor occupies 33.91 m², the 11th floor – 590.17 m², the 12th – 203.73 m².
Easter Egg
And what is a coworking space without a terrace with an incredible view of Lviv. Everything is done here to immerse yourself in complete relaxation and we have even allocated an area for a jacuzzi.
