About

To create the design, we used only expensive materials and furniture that added warmth and comfort to the hotel. Each room is decorated in an individual style, reflecting a symbiosis of different eras. The rooms feature a combination of classic and modern elements, creating a harmonious composition.

Location

Building number 5, O. Kobylianska Street in Chernivtsi was built in the 1880s. Eclecticism was applied in the construction, combining different styles, mostly Romanesque, classical, and Empire. The design features classic pilasters, arched ceilings, and capitals, with all details harmoniously combined to form a complete and refined architectural ensemble.

For a long time, the central place on the first floor of the building was occupied by the “Europe” cafe. The building also housed the management of the “Bukovina” forest industry association. Since 1930, the management of international transportation and the commission for transportation, led by Mr. Kopelman, Ruben, and Weinshatok, were located here. In 1934, part of the building was handed over to a factory specializing in the design and interior decoration using wooden elements. At the beginning of the 20th century, the interior of the cafe was redesigned and changed.

Design

The hotel design project in Building No. 5 combines luxury and historicity, creating an unmatched atmosphere for relaxation and work. Thanks to the thoughtfulness of each room, the hotel will be the perfect place for special photo shoots.

Easter Egg

The hotel’s walls are adorned with paintings featuring powerful animals, created by both modern and past artists. These works of art add hospitality and luxury to the interior and also reflect the symbolism of strength and power.
