About
Here the classics are combined with modern solutions. Designed cantilever stairs. The peculiarity of the project consists in two levels. Classical moldings, porcelain stoneware, laminam look like marble, wood-like tiles are used on the floor.
Тут класика у поєднанні з сучасними рішеннями. Запроєктовані консольні сходи. Особливість проєкту полягає в двох рівнях. Використані класичні молдинги, керамограніт, Laminam під мармур по проєкту, на підлозі плитка під дерево.
Classic chandeliers are also used. One of the creative solutions is that one of the steps serves as an administrative desk. A rack with fabrics is located, which makes it possible to quickly and conveniently choose things for yourself.
Location
The studio is located in the Parus Smart residential complex on the first floor.
Design
The total area of the studio is 72.32 m², of which the hall occupies 25.03 m², wardrobe No. 1 – 3.86 m², corridor – 4.02 m², kitchen – 5.89 m², wardrobe No. 2 – 1.86 m², technical premises – 3.02 m², bathroom No. 1 – 2.00 m² and workshop – 26.64 m². The second floor occupies 17.02 m² of which an office occupies- 13.40 m², bathroom #2 – 3.62 m²
There is a large number of individually made products such as: clothes hangers, furniture, mirrors in a classic style in a decorated frame.
