About
The limited height of the premises forced us to use many techniques to visually enlarge the space, fill it with light and comfort. The podium in the kitchen reduced the height of the technological zone, but thus visually increased the height of the entire living room.
Обмежена висота приміщень змусила нас використати багато прийомів, щоб візуально збільшити простір, наповнити його світлом та затишком. Подіум на кухні зменшив висоту технологічної зони, але тим самим візуально збільшив висоту всієї вітальні.
The entire apartment is filled with transforming furniture and interesting areas for the owners.
Location
The apartment is located in Lviv on Lypynskogo Street in the residential complex “Parus”.
The peculiarity of this apartment is that it is located on the top floor, has two levels, and on the first floor there is an exit from the kitchen to a large terrace with a view of the city.
Design
The total area of the two-level apartment is 91.67 m², of which the first floor: the living room-corridor occupies 36.03 m², the kitchen – 9.4 m², the guest bathroom – 2.25 m², and on the second floor the bedroom occupies 21.49 m², study – 12.24 m², bathroom – 5.9 m², and corridor – 4.36 m²
Easter Egg
The highlight of the project is the glass partition that separates the bathroom from the corridor area – a risky move that breaks the perception of this area. Smart glass, which became the basis of this partition, can change its transparency, adapting to the needs of residents.
