About

On the walls and ceiling, we used a material that is currently gaining momentum – microcement. In addition, wood stitching was used. The style of thin lines in glass partitions and track lights is supported, the picture is also decorated with a thin black frame. The panoramic windows are decorated with white blackout curtains. This room takes on the role of both a living room and a bedroom, so we chose a folding sofa that is as simple as possible.

Location

The apartment is located in the “Velyka Brytaniya” residential complex in the city of Lviv. It has a sunny side and panoramic windows overlooking the city.

Design

The total area is 42.77 m², of which the corridor is 5.24 m², the dressing room is 4.06 m², the kitchen is 10.59 m², the living room is 18.53 m², the bathroom is 4.35 m².

The functional solutions in the redevelopment were to combine a niche in the corridor with a technical room and make a full-fledged wardrobe, as well as to increase the bathroom due to the area of the living room.

Easter Egg

We used a daring solution – added a glass partition between the shower room and the living room, but of course, it can be closed with a curtain when guests are visiting.
